The facilities were great and well maintained.

Check in was too difficult. I think having one person registered for the villa is good enough like other hotels.

Very clean and modern facilities. Plenty of room for about maximum 6-8 people, even though it says it could fit 10, I think that would be to many. Two showers, two toilets seperated from bathrooms, and a fantastic indoor "traditional" japanese bath. There is an outdoor bath one too but we didn't even try it. It is holiday rental style but they have remote reception who you can speak to via supplied tablet if you have problems. We had to have the kettle changed.

Location is not convenient and difficult to get to, fortunately we had a car and were able to park in the dedicated car spot. The area is difficult to walk the surrounding streets as many have no footpath and the nearest convenience store is a longish walk away. I had to squash a very large Huntsman spider so not sure if the insect control needs to be looked at but it is in the country area so perhaps that is the reason. Finally, the outdoor seating area was overgrown with weeds and not inviting even though there is an outdoor bath tub we stayed inside.
