Please note that the property is located away from the central Hakuba area and from ski resorts. Shuttle services are not available. Guests who wish to eat out are recommended to rental cars (charges apply). Please contact the property directly for more details. The property is unable to provide for any transport to ski resorts and to the restaurant districts on Saturdays and Sundays. Guests are recommended to use the taxi on those days. Guests are advised to drive four-wheel drive vehicles with studless tires, or have their vehicle tires chained to reach the property in winter.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
