Hunter Mountain Retreat Incredible Views, Pool, Fire Pit

The property was very clean and cozy. The owner have you fully stocked with clean towels, dishes, pots pans, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, there is everything you need in a home to be comfortable! Ned’s very clean and comfortable! Awesome view of the mountains, near restaurants, skiing and stores. I would recommend anyone with no worries.

Can’t find anything only I wish I had more time to stay there

Everything about this property was great. It even had a jacuzzi, great showers, excellent TV, fully kitted kitchen etc, bathroom towels etc, couldn't have asked for more. The viewes day and night of hunter Mountain were lovely

- location - swimming pool - fully furnished and well equipped

- dryer was not working which was a big disappointment. We were on a road trip and had anticipated on doing our laundry at this location. Since it was also very humid because of the rain hanging it outdoors was also not an option. - it is advertised as having AC but this is only in the living room and in one bedroom, not in the other three bedrooms

Great location with beautiful Mountain views and all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay.

No blackout curtains so you are up with the sun, this could be good or bad.

The property was so spacious, very clean and very quiet. Loved the huge kitchen/living space with wonderful views. It was also handy having three toilets for our party of four. Beds were very comfy, too. The master bedroom was huge, and the jacuzzi bath/toilet area, if a little quirky in design was a nice touch - views of the mountain while soaking in the bath. Great to have a washing machine/tumble dryer, and also microwave and oven etc - it made it feel like a home from home and allowed us to self-cater and sort out washing after 6 days in NYC. We made good use of the board games provided, and also the comfy chairs on the patio. We had a car so it was easy to access nearby Hunter and Tannersville for food shopping and restaurants/cafes, plus other areas of the Catskills. The hosts were very quick to come back to us when we had a couple of questions before our trip.

Mostly loved it all. Some of the blinds didn't close very well (master bedroom and front bedroom) so they let a little light in, but not a major problem. Could have done with a vegetable peeler in the kitchen - but overall, extremely well stocked.

Unsurfaced parking area which ruined footwear and cars….. Number of steps & mirrors in master suite (minor issue but might be concerning for older person)

- AC-unit in living room seems not sufficient to heat up the entire space - muddy yard, no paving - some broken parts in the master bathroom
