"Would not let my family stay here."

I like the pictures, property looked beautiful.

Upon arriving realized the house was located on an extremely steep slope, even sitting in the car was horrifying. After entering noticed the floor was giving way, felt like compromised floor joists, house is on stilts. Large turkey was dead in chair on deck with blood everywhere. Contacted property managers they told me to wait for a call back to see if I could get a refund. She called back and told me I needed to contact Booking. Called Booking they said I needed to contact them. The situation was traumatic enough there was not need for this property passing the buck!
