aLone Amalfi

Aniello was the perfect host (so helpful and always available), he organised the driver from the airport to the villa, organised the porter service on arrival, met us and showed us into the villa. He helped us organised a boat trip and cooking class we wanted to do, gave us information about the bus and made sure we felt at home straight away. An absolute stunning view from the property which can be admired not just from the outdoor area ( which is so relaxing) but from windows inside as well. The villa itself is a true credit to Aniello, it's a beautiful villa, very spacious and clean, you really feel you are in Amalfi with how it presents inside. Anyone who stays will not be disappointed. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay, good bathrooms, lovely bedrooms, washing machine, well equipted kitchen , beautiful tiles - the outdoor area is neat and tidy and a wonderful space.

There is nothing not to like about this beautiful villa. It's a hike up the stairs from the main road but you are rewarded with stunning views, a fabulous host and a villa that says "Amalfi "

Location was perfect, a quiet area 1k from Amalfi. Villa was stunning & better than photos. Easy walk to town via path with no traffic or walk on road also easy. Gas Bar for either breakfast or dinner was a favourite & also quick walk. Private beach very close. Close to bus stop. Aniello was a perfect host with fabulous recommendations for restaurants & tours. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Porter is a necessity (don’t overthink it, just book one)! Many stairs but that’s Amalfi.

This was the best guest house we've ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. The house is very beautiful, clean and full with everything needed. We had an amazing time. The host was so helpful. It is a 15 min walk from amalfi's center. Which was nothing for us. We recommend this house.

The house was well equipped with a beautiful garden and a terrace with a magnificent view. I would like to emphasise the hospitality and incredibly welcoming attitude of the host who arranged everything we needed and wanted, in fact he was the best host we have ever had. We strongly recommend the place.

What an amazing villa overlooking the beautiful sea. The views are breathtaking! The Alone house was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The owner Aniello and his son and daughter were unbelievably so helpful and answered every question I had and gave me all the tips on how to get around and what to see while I was there.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property! It’s gorgeous!

We had an excellent experience at aLone Amalfi. The communication with the owner Aniello was excellent. He organised porters to take our luggage up the stairs to the property, gave amazing local recommendations for activities and places to eat, and was always willing and prompt to assist. Very clean and spacious house which included kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. About a 20min downhill walk to Amalfi town, I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to Amalfi town.

I am very thankful that I found and booked aLone Amalfi for our holiday to the Amalfi Coast. Our host, Aniello was so welcoming and helpful, providing us with transfer services from Salerno station there and back, great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He even drove four of us to Ravello and back when the minivan wasn't at the bus station to get there (the usual SITA buses were not running). Facilities in the house were great and we cooked a few times, and even got to enjoy the homemade limoncello by his wife. I highly recommend getting the porter service if you are travelling with heavy luggage (20kg+) as there are many steps to the property (like most houses in Amalfi). Aniello spent 10 years restoring the property and you can tell how much love he has put into it. We really enjoyed the views from the property and the lemon grove and trees in the garden. Aniello was also very helpful assisting with bookings for a relaxing time at the private beach nearby and also for a boat trip around the coast and to Capri. Grazie Aniello for making our stay so memorable!

Nothing was bad, we loved everything!

Our host, Aniello, and the house were amazing! The owners truly thought of everything to make our stay incredible. The house is spacious and gorgeous! Each room has large beds, a place to put your luggage, a hanging rack, a full length mirror, extra pillows and blankets. There are two bathrooms each include a shower and one contains a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including fresh lemons, oranges, olive oil (from their olives), tea kettle and a gorgeous view of the sea. The patio overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea and Amalfi! Truly stunning! As if that isn’t enough, there are also lemon trees and gorgeous flower’s surrounding the property. aLone Amalfi is truly spectacular!
