Garden Villa Afytos

Къщата е много просторна и има всички удобства. Градината е голяма и много зелена. Има барбекю и място за 4 коли в двора. Плажа и центъра са на пешеходно разстояние.

I wasn’t expecting it to be 2 flats, I don’t think that’s how it is advertised, we thought we would all be together x It was fine but I think I would make it clearer in you advertising that it is essentially 2 flats x

It is a great house. The rooms are spacious and clean. The backyard is big and has a lot of room, and places where the inhabitants can gather. The host was friendly and showed a great amount of understanding when a problem arose at the end of our stay. I highly reccommend the villa, especially considering the price.

The only downside I could name was that there was a lady and a man that were in a small building in the property but there was not a single moment where they made us feel uncomfortable or unwanted. It didn't feel like they were even there.

Nice big house, very clean, near the centre of the village.

There was a private pool described in the property, but there isn’t one. The host blamed booking about it and said he didn’t know anything, what made us a bit disappointed. There was also not a room with two twin beds, as in the description. We had some trouble with the water pressure in the second floor, however this is pretty common in Greece.

The lady that greeted us was very friendly, we arrived past midnight and she was very quick to accomodate us for which we were very grateful. Everything was nice and clean, fully equipped kitchens on both floors, air conditioning in the living room, confortable beds. The outdoor grill was a delight and so was the garden, so spacious, full of olive, lemon and orange trees. We loved everything about the villa. The beach is 10-15 minutes away on foot depening on your pace.

The only downside is that the villa is located near a rather busy street so sometimes during the night it would get noisy from the motorcycles.
