Villa By The Sea Near Dubrovnik

Beautiful house with a great garden. Lovely bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and modern kitchen Great location. We loved it and Cavtat is a stunningly beautiful place with amazing sunsets, huge choice of restaurants and bars.

Everything was perfect. Yes it is quite a few steps up with luggage from the car park but you only do that once on arrival. After that it’s really good exercise! Ida the ‘rep’ was brilliant, very helpful.

The villa was in excellent order. Clean and well stocked. Good sized rooms throughout and what appear to be a relatively recent refurbishment and improvements to a high specification. Enhanced by the impressive terrace area to sit out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Very close to the centre of the town.

Fortunately, we were a relatively able bodied group who had only brought hand luggage. The location at the top of steep steps would be undoable by anyone with a significant physical impairment or the need to carry or wheel young children. Need to make this clearer in the property description to avoid disappointment for some.

We loved absolutely everything about this property. Beautiful location and the house and garden were just a lovely as the photos.

Nothing, it’s lovely. The mosquitoes were terrible this year in Cavtat, come prepared!

Nothing of major concern

The location was amazing...but if you mobility problems you would struggle...especially with heavy suitcase. It was very well equipped too.

Unfortunately for us 2 bathrooms had issues which meant we all had to share the same bathroom. I understand that will be fixed now we have left. So being all girls it was a struggle....
