La Gard House on the Heads

Place was central to all activities planned. It had a lovely view

The host lacked empathy. There were promises not met. We were promised an inverter in case electricity went out which was not the case. We were promised heaters for the cold and they were not there.

Loved the location.

Toilets were too small.

A beautiful, well maintained home with all the amenities available. Spacious and very comfortable. Fantastic view from the deck where you can either relax on the loungers or sit at the tables. Cleaning service was wonderful. Paulina was very efficient and helpful, and not at all intrusive.

The property was in a beautiful location. Great rooms and very clean.

The description of the property doesn’t do it justice. The location is beautiful and the view from the deck was fantastic. The rooms were great, with ceiling fans and access to the deck. The amenities were super.

The description needs to add that the property has WiFi and braai facilities as they are available. It may put people off if they think it was not included. The pictures of the rooms on the site did not make it look as good as it actually was.

Lovely to look at but taken for a ride, House is spacious and views are stunning but that's it.

charged us R1050 cleaning fee but our shower and bed had sand in it, the sheets did not smell clean, the washing machine was dirty and so was the hairdryer, plus there was no cleaning staff we had to make our own beds and wash our own dishes..
