On departure almost a week later after continuously asking for my deposit refund I was accused of taking emergency lights which were clearly not there upon arrival There was no staff to welcome me or take an itinerary of items in the house nor was there any staff on departure to confirm any so called missing items Really I think that what was done was absolutely unfair and daylight theft I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place and definitely not worth the price

We had a problem with the fire place and we called the person who was placed for us he never pitched ,and also the main bedroom did not have hot water we had to use other rooms bathrooms.
