Corner House - Knysna

We stayed for 3 nights and had initially planned to extend our stay by two more nights, but decided against it after arriving. The views are beautiful, but the location isn’t ideal. The house felt very open, with many doors and windows, which made me feel a bit unsafe. To be clear, the area itself was safe and nothing happened, but the house was quite large with multiple entry points, which contributed to that feeling. On the positive side, the house is fully equipped with everything you might need, and it carries a charming old-country vibe. سكنت فيه 3 ليالي، وحسّيت كأني في الديرة، حتى الباب قديم ومفتاحه خشب سهل أي أحد يكسره الإطلالات جميلة جدًا، لكن البيت فيه مداخل كثيرة، والسور كان خشب وقصير، فخلاني أحس إن الدخول له سهل لأي أحد. على عكس أماكن ثانية سكنت فيها كان فيها أسوار حديد وحارس عند الباب، فكانت تعطيني أمان أكثر البيت نظيف (بعض الاكواب مغبرة) ومجهز بكل شيء تحتاجه، والديكور لطيف بطابع قديم ريفي. نقطة مهمّة: اللمبات كلها بيضاء! بشكل عام ما ارتحت في المكان، وما أفكّر أرجع له ولا أنصح فيه

The house is spacious, beautifully equipped, and has everything you could need for self-catering. Tracy was a fantastic host - she sent us a super handy guide with all the details about check-in, the house itself, and loads of great local recommendations. The views were absolutely breathtaking, the firewood was plentiful (and much appreciated), and the thoughtful snacks were the perfect surprise for these tired marathon runners. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!
