"The house location 10 minutes form Victoria town which its center of Labuan island,easy excess."

The house its big and clean. The host prepare drinking bottles for us and willing to refill for second day. The house located at a piece of private land which have 8 unit of same type Bangalore, gated and safe.

The mattress and pillow for first room very soft which categorize as low qualities materials. Its time recommend house owner to change new one.

It's clean and quiet.

The sofa and the cookware(rice cooker inner pot) is not in good condition and the fan in the living room is noisy when turned on.

"Amazing place to stay with family and friends. Can easily house 3 couples."

The house was very easy to find, however it is easy to miss the entrance if you drive fast. The host was extremely helpful. They even allowed us early check-in. Since we had a car to drive around ourselves it was very easy for us to get around. The location of the house is a bit away from the city, which is what we wanted. The villa is inside a gated community and it is really very calm and quiet place.

The aircon was leaking in the living room and due to weekend it could not be serviced immediately. However this was not too much of an inconvenience as we were on the road most of the time.
