Old Street Terrace

Phil was fantastic and helpful for the get go. The location is lovely, a short walk to the old town and right near the river. The house was fully equipped and they had even left a small milk and some tea and biscuits which was such a lovely touch. Highly recommend it

Location. Quiet at night. Modern decor. Responsive management. Very helpful with parking arrangements. Very well-stocked with all the basics that one would need during a short-term apartment stay. Reasonably priced for what it offered.

Can’t get an invoice issued easily. Management had arranged professional cleaners prior to our stay but their cleaners are not the most detail oriented. There’s a big spider web in the shower and a few uncleaned spots here and there, but nothing dramatic or unsanitary.

Very clean, great location. Sensitive lightings on stairs. Beds very comfortable. Nice neighbours. Easy walk into Ludlow centre.

Parking could be an issue if you had 2 cars, however the host would issue a parking permit for 1 car.

The property was in a great quiet location , immaculately clean with comfortable beds & a great shower. The owner Phil responded quickly to any questions I asked. Ideal for a family of 4/5.

There wasn’t anything to dislike about this property.

Very clean aond cosy. Tea, coffee and milk welcome on arrival. Ideal location. Phil was very accommodating allowing us a late check out at no extra charge,

Small hiccough was that the cleaner appeared to not know about late checkout, but was very happy to return a little later. All In all, an excellent experience.

It was clean and tidy.

The bed was very uncomfortable and well passed its sell by date. Pillows were uncomfortable need renewing!
