Siamo rimasti davvero colpiti da questo appartamento! La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dai Sassi di Matera, quindi comodissimo per visitare la città. L’alloggio è curato in ogni dettaglio, pulitissimo, molto luminoso e con spazi ampi, perfetti anche per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra (5 persone). Abbiamo trovato ogni comfort a disposizione, cosa che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e accogliente, facendoci sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca comodità, pulizia e ospitalità a Matera!

"Clean and very spacious apartment in a secure building in a convenient location to visit lovely Matera."

Very good location to see everything in Matera, and 10 minutes walk to Matera Centrale Station. Responsive host and his friendly helpful Mum. She left us lots of good products which was very generous! We asked for an ironing board and clothes drying rack and one was brought the next morning. The apartment is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

The bathroom is good except for the very narrow bath tub. If you are a very big person it would be difficult to have a shower or bath as not much room. Nothing bad about the property at all…it was fine…but on a Friday and Saturday night, gangs of screeching, screaming teenagers are hanging around or passing by in the street making a terrible noise. Along with cars playing ear splitting music with enhanced bass, and roaring motorbikes. This went on till 5 in the morning both nights and it was very hard to sleep. Then on Sunday night ….it was as silent as you would wish it to be !

Great location, close to everything. The apartment is large and bright with a generous amount of breakfast food in the kitchen. The hosts were very helpful.
