None as i never got the opportunity to stay there tho my booking was CONFIRMED!

I contacted the owner a few hours b4 check in. Unfortunately the owner informed me that the homestay was no longer available!!! She told me that she had messaged me earlier to confirm my booking. Of which i had never received any message from the owner. As a result my family and I had to spend hours looking for another accommodation. I m really frustrated!!!!
