Location is in a beautiful area near sea beach. The house was clean & all facility works well.

They hold the deposit for too long. 1 week is too long. Usually I get back deposit within 24 hours.

"It is recommendable if the property is managed well."

It’s very big and spacious. Close to attractions. It also very close to amenities like 99 Speedmart and Mr DIY which was very convenient. It also very near the beach.

It is poorly managed. One of the heaters wasn’t working. And one of the bathroom door can’t lock. There wasn’t enough toilet paper or garbage bags as the stay was for 3 days and with 5 rooms. Things like things should have been given proper care for further convenient of other customers.

"Superb"

The house had plenty of space and nice rooms, with all the air conditioning working well. I liked that the sink was outside the bathroom. The parking space could fit up to five cars. The staff was friendly and responded quickly. It just a two minute distance from klebang beach. Overall, it was an easy check-in and check-out process. Loved it

I had trouble locating the house because the house number was hard to see, call the staff immediately and they assisted us

"Pleasant"

The villa is big and having 5 bedrooms is a plus point for a big family like us. The house is also fully equipped with AC in all rooms including the living room. The house is clean, nearby with shops, eateries, and some local attractions.

After checking out, the host informed us that a remote control for the TV was missing. Then I asked the host to look around the living room area because I was confident it was not missing maybe just misplaced. The host insisted that they could not find the remote control therefore I had to return to the house to look for it. Upon returning, it only took us less than 5 seconds to find the remote. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with how the host sorted out this matter. wasted our time to return to the house
