"Do Thorough CHECK (Esp. the Linen) Before and After Check Out"

The firmness of the bed is our liking but not the only flat pillow (on all beds) and blankets (on single beds) only suitable for toddler.

Only one thin + low pillow for each person. The blankets best for toddler that either get to cover the shoulder or the toes of an 1.5m adult. The unit were left with minimum toilet roll, we informed at 3pm. Host promised will be delivered within 30mins, we had waited many 30mins and many calls made to get the rolls after 7pm. Be mindful when using the BBQ pit, there are broken bricks. After checked out, host sent us numerous unidentified photos claiming that we have stained the bedsheets. We found out that we do not have that printed bedsheet, but the other bedsheet are unidentified. We got upset as half of our deposit were charged for unidentified stains.

"Rude host with a big house at an inconvenient location"

Big house

- The location is not right as it is shown in the property location link, which is a hassle to find out. - The host behaved very rudely when I asked the right location even after making the full payment. He said “Deposit RM 200 security first and only then you will get the right location.” And asked me to send the deposit to a Malaysian bank when I being a foreign tourist had no clue how to do that in Malaysia. It felt like a blackmail to me. Extremely disappointing!

"Disappointing"

- nice home - nice neighbour - spacious - friendly owner

1. the house have overwhelming rules & regulations 2. the rock bar top at the kitchen is not ideal for toddlers as my 3yrs old niece hit the side thrice (unfortunate that she is around the same height as that rock bar) 3. Water flow is weak 4. Went to melaka from 4th to 6th sept. Owner got the notice of water disruption which will take place on 5th sept. Trust the owners would have been informed by the government of this event ahead of time. But owner proceed to transact with customer and gave no notice to customer of the disruption until we notice no water on 6 sept on upper level of the house. This has caused half of my family members not being able to bath. Hence, we decided to quickly get out of the house and head to our aunt house to bath. 5. Waited about 30mins for the staff to return our deposit. 6.Above all, owner and me as customer remain nice and calm despite knowing that he failed to notify us on the disruption. 7. No plans to book this home again for our frequent trips back to our kampung in melaka.
