Designed with good taste, good location and nice staff.

Ants everywhere…bathroom kitchen sofa ..our luggage.. our food.. our drinks.. the only place you can store food fruits or vegetables is in the fridge because ants can t get in there.. and I saw the other reviews sinxe months ago people complaining abput the same thing.. well it s much worse. Also the other thing is the smell.. moldy combiner with perfume.. please don t cover the mold with perfume..we left everyday the window open but still.. nothing changed. It s hard to breath sometimes. And another thing, when you turn the ac is hard to breath, if ure not turning it on it s cold .. but this is not a real issue compared to the other 2 and I saw it was mentioned before but still nothing has been done. I m giving 5/10 for the staff because otherwise it s more like a 3 or 4.

Small details but nothing that can ruin your vacation

The accommodation was great, especially when considering price and services. The spot of the accommodation is very close to the city centre and you can find tasty pizzas, trattorias and cafeterias everywhere around (all in max 17min walk). Have to highlight the host, Fulvio, himself. I read in the reviews he is very helpful and reacts quickly and have to say our experience was just the same. We had some problem to log in into Netflix account which is btw for free 🌚 and he immediately offered his help and we managed to log in. Regarding the parking, its all about the luck to find a spot on the apartment’s street (recommend Centauro for the car rent). In general, we were satisfied 😊

Moldy/musty smell in the apartment. However you only notice it when you enter the apartment, after a few minutes you get used to it and don’t notice it anymore.

Clean and tidy apartment. Very good location, main attractions, bus and train station is in a 10 mins walking distance. Host is very helpful and friendly, provided a lot of extra information abut the city, where to eat, best bars etc.

A bit dark and musty because of the old building

comfortable, welcoming and clean. having umbrellas available. well appointed kitchen. some food provided as a bank holiday and not many shops open.
