Such a beautiful quaint little place, on a working farm, the cottage was clean and tidy, it was a lovely relaxing stay

Farm dog very friendly. Hosts friendly and recommended somewhere to eat.

Quiet cosy cottage. Lovely scenery,great for dogs, and the owners' dog Roy was very friendly. But the main plus point was Stephen and Marilyn, who couldn't do enough to help you enjoy your stay. Highly recommended 👌

Everything was ok except two things. 1. The fuel tank was installed right next to the main door and windows, so the smell of fuel made it not suitable to open the door and window to get fresh air. 2. We saw several spider webs between wooden beams , my daughter does not like spiders/webs

The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay or a dog walking family fun holiday. The weather was not on our side for August so the cosy nights in the cottage were perfect the surroundings are stunning and our grandchildren absolutely loved Roy and were upset to leave . The owner is so friendly and not intrusive to your stay and ensures you have everything you need. We will definitely stay at the row farm again and highly recommend this wonderful little gem. We visited seascale beach bees head beach and muncaster castle all of which are of easy reach and worth a visit due to the weather we didn’t do ravensglass railway but ravensglass is a wonderful little place also . We ate in the brown cow which was also lovely and very close to the cottage .all in all a busy few days in windy rainy weather .

A gorgeous stay and a very friendly sheep dog to greet us when we arrived! Our dogs loved playing in the paddock with him too. Cosy cottage feel with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Great location - only about 30 minutes from Scafell Pike, also a local beach area and some very nice pubs. Down from the main road so lovely and quiet at night too.
