"Last minute cancellation message revd 2-3 days prior to the stay & were placed in Survana elite apt."

Alternate location which they had provided - Survarna Elite aprtment - 3BHK was really great! Well maintained, very clean and all the rooms had attached bathrooms (western).

Received last minute cancellation message to inform that this place is not available and were made to stay in Suvarna Elite appartment (JP nagar) for the same price! Would have preferrred if they had not made this available for anyone to do the booking!
