"Exceptional"

This property is exceptional: the location, comfort, cleanliness. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a breakfast, make coffee or tea, enjoy sunset with a glass of wine. The area is super quiet but you can easily drive from there to any place on the island. There is an AC in the house, a washing machine. And the host! Very caring, kind and always available to help. We definitely would stay there again.

"An intimate paradise with a spaktacular view"

Very nice host who takes exceptional care of the garden ;) Great location in a beautiful little village Nebida - one of the highest properties . Amazing views of the sea and sunsets . You can watch the starry sky on the terrace . Self-contained independent apartment with 2 bedrooms - everything is in place. Great terrace for dinner along with access to the barbecue. Outdoor shower. Close to the village a few minutes walk In the village bar, store, pharmacy and in season also a restaurant.

The accommodation fully corresponds to the description and photos. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, even more. Host is very pleasant and attentive. Great place for a relaxing vacation. If you have a car, many interesting places and beaches are located near the apartment.

"Excitement that leaves you speechless"

Perfect location, nice and large garden, stunning views from the terrace, very good facilities - with everything one can need. Wery well equipped kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a washing machine - a useful extra to wash the sweaty clothes after hiking or simply a hot day. There was also an outdoor grill that we hope to use the next time - this time the weather was still a bit chilly and windy, and I'm sure I'll look for this accommodation for our next trip to Sardinia. There's another apartment in the house but we were the only guests during our stay, so we enjoyed the peacefulness and the open space. We didn't meet the host Davide but the instructions for the arrival and the communication in general was very simple in whatsapp.

There is nothing more to desire. I'm still excited how wonderful the stay at Punta Speranza was.

All was very good! Very nice and spacefull house and nice view over the sea and sunset!

we did not rate as a 10 as we found the beds a bit to hard ( but we know that is a personal feeling)
