Incredible location great rooms

Great host to deal with. Very easy process for checking in and out.

The location across from the beach was excellent - the playground with go-karts, water slides, bumper boats and mini golf etc so good for the kids (8 and 5 yrs). The house was really big to accommodate all of us. Really liked having an ensuite to each bedroom. 2 fridges and lots of glasses/crockery etc.

Because the weather was so lovely and hot - the 2nd bedroom upstairs did not have a heat pump or air conditioning so was very warm at night - or maybe we just didn't understand the system! The lounge was exceptionally warm but with experience we remembered to close up the blinds before we went out!

Location and view was amazing with great beach access. The property was well Laid out and the bedrooms were wonderfully comfortable.

Floor could have been cleaner and it could have done with air con in the front room as it gets rather hot in the day on a sunny summer day.

Brilliant location and views. Very well appointed. We travelled as a family of 6 adults and 2 children so the 2 living areas and 2 decks gave everybody plenty of space.

The upstairs bedrooms would have benefited from having fans as it was quite warm. The house faces west so does get hot in the afternoon in summer.

Amazing views; comfortable beds; awesome location

Location was amazing. With the beach on your doorstep and a café, bakery and bistro only a few steps down the road you have everything you need for some RnR. View from the house is perfect for relaxing and soaking up the atmosphere.

The only suggestions I would make would be to give the walls a clean or coat of paint to bring it back to life. The bedroom with the bath could use some bedside lamps and a fan to save pushing the heavy dividing wall back in order to utilise the aircon in the second lounge. The furnishings didn't really give a luxury feel to the house (plates and cups had marks in them), the kitchen cupboards were a bit hard to open for us as they didn't have handles on them. It would be a nice touch to give the inside of the house a luxury feel to it as well.

Excellent location and views. Very clean and great host to communicate with. We were on a golf trip (4 guys) so 4 bedrooms and 4 ensuites was a great selling point.
