Very conveniently located and well-appointed home. We had a parking space nearby (a local told us which one to use) which is not always the case with minpaku-type accommodation. As a Sumoto regular (both hotels and homes) defo one of the best options.

Nothing really. Older/less mobile folks might find the stairs a bit steep.

徒歩5~10分圏内にイオンがあり利便性がよい。レトロ小路周辺の食事もアクセスしやすい。古民家をリノベーションしていて、水回りも良好。エアコンも各所に設置されていて快適でした。 寝室は二階にある和室。ベッドはなく、畳に布団を敷くタイプ、到着時には既に用意されてました。いかにも昭和って感じ。将棋盤、かるた、トランプなどアナログなゲームがタンスにありました。

日没後のチェックインだったので駐車場が分かりにくかったが、スタッフの方がすぐに対応してくれたので別段気にならなかった。（到着予定時刻を事前に伝えていたので待機してくれていたのかも） 二階寝室引き戸開閉時のキュルキュル音、夜トイレ時に子供が起きそうなので、対策してくれたらありがたいと思います。

Lovely home in a good location. Comfortably accommodated our riding group.

立地は良く、オーナー？の出来るだけ快適に過ごしてもらおう、と工夫がなされてた。

良かった点が空回りして微妙だったり、台所関係の備品で必要なモノが無かったり足りなかったり汚れが有ったりと、自分達で用意しておかなければならなかった。

We had the whole house. The host provided all needed for a comfortable stay, even cooking tools and plates,etc. It is a great place to stay for families. Parking is 1 min away from the house, it is included in the price.
