Rathlin Cottage

Spacious house, comfortable beds. Good off-street parking. Well equipped kitchen.

Lots of noise from being on a surprisingly busy street and opposite the fire station (the alarm is very loud). The house wasn’t very clean - there were hairs in the beds and sprinkled around the bathrooms. Kitchen benches grimey, stains on carpet, etc. Also received a total of 9 emails from both Booking.com and the property managers with detailed instructions which was a bit much.

They provided fruits such as grapes and peaches from the fruit trees in the garden and spent three comfortable nights fully equipped with various detailed living tools.

After checking out, while driving to my next destination, I received a phone call from a woman I assumed to be the owner of the cottage, asking me if we had taken any minor supplies such as Glad wrap and a handy towel. We left with a good impression of the cottage, but we never expected to be asked such a rude question. Beautiful memories faded away in an instant.

Nice, specious house. Beautiful little backyard to chill out.

Bed was too springy.

being called liars being charged 82 dollars for extra cleaning which wasnt necesary sheets should be washed every time between tenants we left place clean and tidy as our records with you will show we had trouble sorting out key which was our own fault but we could not get any reply to help us thank you tom gundry regular bookingcom client

We loved everything about this place. Location was very close to town, the cottage was very clean. The place was like a home and very comfy. The company who manage the property where very helpful and nothing was the bother.
