The owner was very friendly and went to great lengths to ensure that we were satisfied with the property, even shouting us an evening meal at a local restaurant to compensate for the planned power outage! A very thoughtful touch.

House being built next door--noisy first thing in the morning, but obviously this will not be a problem when the house is completed.
