1. The contact number provide after booking is not correct. We were left waiting on the streets. We called booking for assistance. Property was never apologetic - instead they believed it was bookings and to a point the guests fault and made excuses. Their only concern was making sure we gave the extra 52euros for a 1 night stay. 2. They do not include linen/towels in the overall price - creating confusion & later grief. 3. Property requesting we pay them back the genius discount given ( sent in a text) 4. Internal steps dangerous and unsafe 5. Can not drop off luggage due to road restrictions ( if you do - it is 175euro fine) 6. 200m walk up hill and steep steps 7. 3 level inside , steep narrow steps , difficult to go to bathroom. 8. Property is a sauna. Only one aircon in one bedroom. ( other bedroom is 1.5mx 2.5m shoe box) Kitchen level unusable due to heat. Bad night sleep. 9. Property owners are the opposite of hospitable. Suggestion; Before booking in the section “ property wants you to know and agree” before proceeding, only says - no smoking. We suggest it should also include - 200m steep path to apartment - No drop off luggage during summer months due to TZL zone ( 175e Fine applies) -3 levels - difficult access to bathroom - not suitable for elderly, children or anyone with mobility difficulties. - MUST PAY EXTRA for LINEN 10.00 per person . + daily tourist tax 2.5 per person per day. - NO aircon except for 1 bedroom. - Small 30L electric hotwater tank- showers need to be staggered in cooler months.

Out of the four premises in the accommodation, only one is air-conditioned. Unfortunately, it's not the best choice in summer for those who can't tolerate the heat. The lady who greeted us was very kind. The accommodation was clean and conveniently located near everything. Unfortunately, we were inattentive when it came to parking. There was no sign, but in certain places, only residents are allowed to park. Hosts typically inform foreign tourists about this, but unfortunately, they did not in this case, resulting in a 175 EUR fine. What I didn't like was that they charged as much for the use of bed linen as it would cost to buy them, and they were of very poor quality. The accommodation was well-equipped and clean, making it a particularly good choice for families

The apartment is quite spacious and centrally located. It has a great view from the kitchen balcony and the bedroom and kitchens are large.

The apartment is divided into three floors: bed rooms in lower floor, bathroom in second floor and kitchen on the third floor / attic. There is only air conditioning in the bed rooms. The kitchen is a complete sauna and there is no way to cool it down, not even by leaving the balcony door open over night.

Very good position, sea and city view, newly refurnished apartment.

Very tasteful designed apartment in an excellent location. Exceptionally clean. The balcony and the view are great. The bed is very comfy. Apartment was well prepped with coffee available on arrival, ice in the freezer. Would recommend.

Extra charges for towels and bed linens

Location

Travellers must be aware of the hidden fees: tourist and linen tax, cleaning costs and extra for a pet. There is no adequate heating in the appartment, which makes the place unsuitable for winter use. There are hazards including dangerous stairs; especially for families with children or elderly people. The accommodation is split over multiple floors with steep steps and narrow staircases. There is also a limited amount of hot water - not enough for two or more people requiring showers. The host lacked empathy and was not supportive or willing to listen to our concerns.
