The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The location was very quiet in a typical Alpujarran village way up in the mountains and not at all touristy. There is a local restaurant in the village serving good, cheap local dishes, but be aware that it is a steep walk down from the apartments... and an even steeper walk back up!

Check-in was a little bit awkward. We had to go back down the hill to a nearby hostal to notify them of our arrival. It appeared initially to be closed but a lady eventually answered the door. She spoke no English, so communication was a bit difficult, but we eventually convinced her that we were pre-booked and expected, and then we had to drive back up the steep hill where another person greeted us and gave us the keys.

Wow! Our three night stay at the beautiful self catering property in rural Valor was wonderful. Spotlessly clean, the lovely self-catering house had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. What's special here? - Stunning views of the miles and miles of the mesmerising Sierra Nevada. - A gorgeous swimming pool. A good size with a personal feel. - Fresh figs on the trees which Manuel allowed us to pluck and eat. - Quiet and secluded with a lovely outdoor dining/bbq area in addition to your own private balcony. - Secure parking and direct access to your property with your car to make life easier. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing views and gardens. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment.

Had a BBQ area we were excited to use but no wood available. Access road was a bit steep for our bicycles

The final hill home ok going to town bit of a killer home at night but did have street lights so safe enough to stop on the way up
