Retreat for all seasons

Excellent home in Wanaka. The place was clean, neat, and tidy. Excellent view from the lounge and dining area of the mountains. Heaps of natural light to all rooms. Well designed house . Very spacious and comfortable. Good size bedrooms. We highly recommend this venue.

It would have been great, at least for the first day if milk & dishwasher powder/ tablets were provided.

The house was perfect for our family ski trip, great setup, immaculatly clean, good heating and loved the fire with plenty of wood. Kitchen well set up and kitted out. Two really good showers and ideal to be able to bring the car into the garage.

The smallest of negatives, would have been good to have matches there when we arrived. We left ours for the next guests and we needed more dishwasher powder. Other than that absolutely perfect.

Lovely property and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful modern house

We found the house cold and struggled to heat it. Even though the air conditioning was turned right up it was not very warm. After we returned from skiing we had the fire going and air con flat out and it took several hours before it was tolerable. The master bedroom had no heating and was extremely cold in the morning. Perhaps the main air system in the lounge needs cleaning? As we have had this issue in our own house.

Beautiful house in a quiet and picturesque location, not too far from town. The house was tidy, comfortable and spacious - a fabulous base for those visiting Cardrona ski fields and wanting to explore Wanaka and its surrounds. Excellent sized kitchen, storage and utensils for those wanting to cook and eat in, bedrooms were also a good size and heating everywhere to ensure a comfortable temperature in winter. We most especially loved the fireplace - so lovely to relax in the lounge room after a day of skiing or sightseeing. Highly recommend this house!

There was nothing we didn't like. A few minor things only that did not impact on how much we enjoyed staying here: - there was no kindling or matches for the fireplace when we arrived. Would have been great to be able to get the fireplace going immediately, as we arrived at 8pm in winter and were keen to warm up the house.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home. Very well designed and finished with excellent attention to detail for short stay accommodation. Every amenity thought of. Highly recommend.

The property was immaculate & perfect for our family, well fenced for our little dog.
