"Lovely hosts, great value house in a quiet street."

It was nice that the owners met us to hand over the keys. It would be useful if the house info said that they don't speak English (my Spanish was just about enough). Good location, within a couple of minutes walk of a tram stop to get into the city center easily.

A broken hook in the shower room, no instructions for recycling / dealing with household waste. Would have been really helpful to have a knife sharpner for the kitchen knives.

"Peaceful, beautiful family home."

It's a beautiful, fully equipped family home. The heating was a bonus at this time of year. It was as described and shown in the photos. The huge, local shopping centre had a good choice of cafés/restaurants. It was only a ten minute walk. The owners responded quickly to any queries. The tram is close by, too. I felt completely at home here, almost sad to leave it. I would definitely return here.
