Good amount of space in the house. Great location in the center of town.

The bedding, particularly the sheets, was dirty. There were brown stains on one end, and the bed was full of hair on arrival. Spare bedding in the property was also not entirely clean. Reached out to the host who tried to assure us that the bedding was actually brand new and was clean. Took photos but host not interested in seeing them. General cleanliness around the house was also not great. Shower had obviously not been cleaned as there was a spider web and shower gel residue. For the price I would expect better.

Excellent location, very comfortable and lots to do within walking distance. Quiet and perfect for a short break.

I enjoyed the apartment beautifully furnished nice environment, nice location.

There was a fair amount of dust and spiderwebs, seen a good few creepy crawlys. Luckily my husband was there to remove the huge spider from the bathroom. Baking tray in oven was dirty unfortunately. No shower gel or toothpaste but shampoo and conditioner provided. Just needs a bit more consistency but overall a great stay would return especially if these little issues were fixed. Also requested a later check which was sorted with no issues fab customer service, but the cleaner still arrived at the same time and she was quite annoyed at the lack of communication she also didn’t believe me when I explained the situation and called the apartment owner also asked if she could ‘just sit in’ but I was going in the shower and the sent comfortable with a stranger being in the house at the same time respectfully. Assuming this was a lack of communication between owner and cleaner. Then had to rush to leave as she kept saying she was on a tight schedule. Again these seem to be a one off issue so I cannot allow it to affect my score. 8.7/10

Second time we have stayed and the property is spotlessly clean modern comfortable and has everything you need.

Location, decoration, facilities

Immaculate apartment, lots of thought had gone into furnishings and the experience of staying. Was just what we needed for our stay and managed to park outside. Fantastic to be able to walk down the street and be in the town.

Beautiful and comfortable gorgeous property. Everything was there for a few days away. Great location. Parking is always an issue in Arundel but we managed to get a space right outside the property Perfect!
