"The stay was nice but needs more cosmetic work."

The space was ideal for all attendees. The amenities was up to date. The complimentary toiletries and household appliances were a plus. The host was very pleasant and quick to accommodate any concerns we had during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet but little congested.

The flooring was outdated throughout. The sofa needs replacing. The cabinets both in the kitchen and bathroom needs updating. The place had a old smell with minimal air ventilation. The face of the rental need refreshing, fresh paint, porch plants/flowers, power washing and foyer.

"Comfortable, affordable place for a family."

It was in a great location. We felt very comfortable staying here. Youngest absolutely loved the long hallway she was crawling the whole time.

Didn’t have any baking sheets so had to go buy one to cook dinner the one night. Other then that no complaints at all
