Smart Apartment Mercanzia - TWA

Overall, this apartment had everything to be a good experience. It is clean, has a nice living room and a nice room. The person responsible tried to make us feel confortable.

We booked an apartment that had 2 sofa-beds and a large double bed. When we reached the apartment, we noticed that there was only ONE sofa-bed and a large double bed. We were 4 friends, so 2 of us had to sleep together in a VERY unconfortable sofa-bed. Also, the way to reach the apartment is not good. Even with the video that was sent, it is quite confusing. Would be way better to have a person receiving us. Despite the person/owner tried to make us confortable, the issue with the beds was not solved.

superb location right on the main square , excellent communication by Elia, very very helpful. excellent AC, clean & tidy, spacious, good size bathroom, elevator+, room safe for valuables & security door to apartment.

slightly complicated approach for the first time- they send a video but it's still tricky need bigger bed sheets & change duvet cover between customers, not just the sheet.

We were really excited to stay at Smart Apartment Mercanzia in Bologna. The facilities in the apartment was excellent, and lovely to be able to wash our clothes during our holiday. It was our fist visit in Bologna, and the location of the apartment is above all expectations. Just in the midle of the city center, close to everything!
