Location, kindness of people. The renters were so kind, and we fell in love with their home. The favorite room was the sun room. Loved the windows.

"Would and will absolutely go back"

I loved this place. The house was perfect. We were only there for one night, for an event close by, but are already trying to figure out a time to come back for much longer :) The beds and pillows were very comfortable and CLEAN which is a big thing for me. The house was super cute. When we drove up there were literally 2 deer standing in the parking space so that was neat to see. My 70ish yr old parents were with us and were able to drink coffee on the porch and watch the deer stroll by in the woods (they absolutely loved it).

Totally not the host's fault but Google Maps did NOT want to send us to the main gate. That was annoying, but again, not anything to do with the host or home. There was no cable for the TV or anything in the top floor bedroom (I'm not sure about the other rooms). That may be a BIG thing for some folks. Plan to bring a chromecast or something if you need to have something to go to sleep to.
