El lloc està be, te coses a millorar

Reps moltes instruccions tant d´arribada com de sortida, però trobes a faltar que en lloc de trobar unes claus en una caixa de seguretat, algú vingui rebre i t´expliqui el lloc i que tot està en ordre i a la sortida igual. El lloc es agradable, net i bona situació, encara que una mica fosc, equipaments mínims, i algun element sense funcionar com la cafetera que va ser impossible fer un cafè. En resum be però qualitat preu no està en sintonia.

La conciergerie qui envoie des tas de messages mais n'est présente ni au à l'arrivee ni au depart L'odeur de parfum d'ambiance trop fort à notre gout Maison un peu sombre

hot water could be a bit hotter (it was OK, but not good for shaving)

We were self catering. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen contained all utensils we needed. The cooker worked efficiently. The shower was also very good. The apartment had been modernized inside but also contained some original features which gave it some character. Convenient for buses to Palma and Soller. Being situated where it is the apartment was pleasantly quiet at night.

There is no outside area where you would want to spend time, only a small enclosed courtyard, but if you are out and about this isn’t much of a problem. Some of the exterior woodwork particularly around the front door frame could do with some repair.
