JenJon Best Retreat Chalets at Sparsh Karjat Resort with optional SWIMMING POOL

Ac not working west of money 💰 , Tv not working, Maneger not help

There is nothing to like about the property, as it was just like staying in a normal house and nothing to do around.

The Chalet we stay at was not properly cleaned. The washroom was not clean, the beds were broken in both the Chalets we booked. The AC in the bedroom was not cooling at all. There was nothing to do around in this place apart from a swimming pool which was not well maintained and very small in size. The water was so dirty and you can literally see small black particles floating in. Also there were hidden charges for the pool. The owner confirms me over the phone that pool is included but then he charged me for the pool RS. 250 per head directly in my bill.

The host Prveen was polite and very helpful. He gave us excellent service. The place is good for those having pets and the encoded compound allows you to leave your pet open

The chalet was too far from the pool, though the rooms were decent the outside area was not well kept and seem to be in a state of decay, the chalet gate was broken, No mirror in bathroom. The chalet has glass doors all around and did not offer a sense of security as anyone could easily enter by breaking the glass. The place needs to have grills. The right time o visit would be the monsoon as in summer its too hot and dry

We were a group of friends, all girls, and booked JenJon chalets for 2 nights. We were very concerned about safety and asked a lot of questions to JenJon before booking. It turned out to be a very good experience as it was value for money. Soon after booking we were asked to pay the booking amount, which we did and immediately the confirmation email arrived. The chalets are clean, neat, offers comfortable stay as per the price that we were paying. The access to swimming pool was given to us after the payment. Nice place for some chill time

Paid immediately after booking to confirm the booking. Excellent food, nice spacious and clean rooms. Good staff. Very good people to deal with. Will book again . Good wifi

There staf member who is handling there the staff members they are much good and I am impressed by them but the manager who pick up the call after booking and for asking each detail they are not good and there way of talking is also not good.

The property is not value for money they show something else in the photos and you will get something else and that also small Charlets. And if you want to do anything in the charlets they will charge for it. Only for taking a stay you will need to pay this much and if you go there and they will provide you a type of small one house with worst qualiry bedres, even if I suggest you go for any other villa as they will give you what they will post and with much more high quality furniture’s. It was my worst experience as I have visited many places and stayed in many hotels and villas but this one is the worst. They will charge for everything and there manager who is there on the call they talks about standard stay but I think it was not even worth more than 1000 per person. They have shown an infinity swimming pool with a great view but when you will go there and see no more view is availabile as new chalets were constructed in front of that. So that is also an old image. If you don’t want to waste your money just go for the other one instead of it not worth the money they are asking for. In the image you will see a swimming pool near challets but in real life challet is situated 1 km far away. Not a good experience. I don’t have any issues with the staff members they were all good.

It should have been little more maintained ,plumbing work was worst ...all the taps wear leaking ..else everything was okk
