Key were located at safe place in lock box and code was provided before arrival.

There was no vacuum cleaner and washing machine. Overnight train noises were bit disturbing.

Very clean and nice location. No complaints about anything. Would definitely come back to stay again

Quiet, calm location on a small site close to town. The caravan was quite modern in decorative style and we had everything we needed. Staff were very quick to reply and helpful when contacted.

There are a few minor repairs needed in places such as the blinds and the toilet seat. Our 3 year old was sleeping on the sofa bed so we needed to block out the light as much as possible. We also didn’t have any bedding for the fourth person but made do.

Caravan was excellent clean everything was there that you needed comfy beds Internet was great park was lovely and clean

If your a lite sleeper the trains would wake you up but you get used to them

Towels were provided and when I contact Sara she was able to help me straight away.

The trains running behind can be noisy at first but you get used to them
