The house needed to be cleaned better. The price of the rental was very reasonable, but $175 for a cleaning fee was a bit ridiculous when the home was not cleaned prior to us coming. It was hair in the bathroom and only surfaced cleaned. Inside the couch cushions was very filthy and clothing left from previous renters.

It’s was an easy access into the home, cozy, close to where I needed to be. The property was clean and spacious for my family and I. The owner was nice, friendly and fast responding, until a we hit a speed on sharing photos.

It had a few minor damage from previous company. Like loose hedges, cigarette burns and door stopper cracked. I tried to contact the owner regarding it. But the app didn’t have an option for me to send the owner pictures. I took a few pictures and videos for my own sake. Will share photos of the minor damages here. Since it has a section to share photos.
