The property & the furniture is quite old, although very well-maintained. No washing machine.

The house is really cute on the hills of Como. It’s a quite big house and it was warm enough even during a really cold and windy weather. There is a free private parking which we really appreciated as the parking spots in Como is generally very expensive.

It’s an old house with old furniture. We personally liked it as it adds a character to the property but to some people may not if they need modern facilities.

L'emplacement était pratique, c'était calme et proche à pieds de 2 restaurants. Il faisait également assez chaud et c'est grand.

Le logement n’était pas propre à notre arrivée : il restait des miettes, la table était collante et l’air semblait confiné, avec une odeur de renfermé, signe qu’il n’avait pas été aéré depuis un certain temps. Une odeur de canalisation était également présente dans les toilettes. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la douche, qui était trop sale, avec des joints visiblement moisis. Les lits se sont révélés peu confortables. Dans la cuisine, nous avons cherché des verres sans succès ; ils étaient rangés dans le salon, laissant la cuisine vide à ce niveau. Enfin, le bas de caisse de notre voiture a touché le cale-portail au sol, celui-ci étant assez haut et l’entrée en pente.

The house was beautiful, with great interior and facilities, fantastic view, and in a quite surrounding. The bed was super comfortable, all rooms were clean. There was a nice living room, a dining room, a big kitchen. We didnt meet the personals, but the check in/out process went smoothly. I really wish we had stayed longer in such amazing place.

Sehr sehr liebe Eigentümer. Sie waren per whatsapp und email mit uns im Kontakt für den Fall das etwas fehlt. Gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte nichts. Gewürze und Kaffee waren vorhanden, genauso Wasser im Kühlschrank. Als Familie kann man sich sehr wohlfühlen. Tip: Italienische Espressomaschine. Kiwi-Baum mit Kiwis befindet sich im Garten.

Alles gut aber folgende Hinweise: da der Fußboden durchgehend gefliest ist, sollte man Hausschuhe mitbringen. Ein Geschirrhandtuch beziehungsweise überhaupt ein Handtuch in der Küche war nicht vorhanden, dafür jedoch eine klassische Abtropffunktion (Geschirr im Schrank- von dort tropft das Wasser in die Spüle). Das ist natürlich eine Gewohnheitssache. Handtuchhalter im Bad wäre sinnvoll, wenn man sich zu viert das Bad teilt. Auch hier will ich festhalten, dass das nicht schlimm ist, nur ein kleiner Hinweis. Im Übrigen: Glocken läuten schon morgens früh sehr häufig. Anfahrt mit grossem Auto (SUV) nicht einfach.
