"Exceptional"

Very clean and tidy (the rubbish hadn’t been emptied but not a problem). Bed was comfortable, bathroom well equipped. Small space but all you need. Perfect location, right by the beach and supermarket. Maiori is such a nice location.

"Lovely place"

Location and size were good. Has AC. Place was tidy. Fridge is huge. Kitchen is available and bathroom. Location is central, 2min walk to supermarket and 5 min to high street ans beach. Wifi is good. Bed was comfy.

Unable to use oven, the power trips everytime we turn it on. Not clear instruction xhecking in, we had to wait for one resident to open the gate to get access to the building. Poor phone reception inproperty but wifi is good. Noise from upstairs/outside at night. Church bells ringing every 15min or so at night.

Good location, close to the beach and the town centre.

Upon arrival the room was very dirty. After we complained the room was cleaned again but not to our standard. There were areas and facilities of the room that we didn't use because of disgust. A giant bag of rubbish was left on our door and leaked all over the front door. The room is dark because it only has windows on one side (looks like it used to be a garage or storage unit). The room smelt of dump/humidity. The air-conditioning smelt of vinegar. Due to it being on the ground floor there were a lot of mosquitos. The communal area around the accommodation was dirty as well. We tried to leave through booking but our stay was only for three days and wasn't worth the hassle.
