"Unpleasant surprise"

Nice location, walking distance from the ocean.

Mold everywhere,. Every cabinet we opened released strong smell. Cushions, blankets, pillows, towels. Everything had strong smell. Iron was stored in cabinet under washbasin, it's cable was wet and covered with mold. Sofa in living room was very weared, there were 2 patches glued. Toilet seat hinges rotten, Frying pans are ready to get rid of them. I have no idea how this location could get 9 points. Rainwater flows on the walls because gutters are unknown on this island, there is no ventilation in bathroom, walls are constantly wet so mold has beautiful conditions to grow. After taking a bath water released had problems with drainage and some water outflew onto floor. This house needs some care, because it has potential, and many issues are simple to fix for nearly no cost. The house surely doesn't have 230sqm claimed, someone had to count backyard...
