"Can you give an 11?"

Simply the best.We have been travelling for many years in Italy and as an all up evaluation I don’t believe we have had better accom.The stay is on the edge of the ravine and centrally located to many restaurants.The main piazzas are less than 10 minutes walk away.The parking is about 100 metres away and relatively easy to navigate by Italian standards.The hosts are a most genuine couple who explained everything and provided a good breakfast.The bonus is the access to the Sassi- a truly remarkable part of the world.

We love everything about the property. We love the unique aesthetic design. We love the thoughtful renovation that preserved the traditional design with the modern touch. It’s comfortable, has everything you need. Location is amazing and has a great view. So near to the old town and has parking. It’s a perfect place to stay. The hospitality from the owners are warm and friendly! We love this property and we highly recommend it!

The room is modern, artistic, very clean, with a view of the cliffs from the room, very close to the center and the cathedral, parking is right nearby, the host is very friendly, and the room is well stocked with coffee, water, and bread. Everything is perfect, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. I regret staying only one day this year, but I will definitely come back next year and stay at least three days. I am staying at a good accommodation in beautiful Matera.

"Perfect short holiday in Matera"

The location is exceptional on the edge of the Sassi. The appartment itself is a jewel - beautiful modern design. Total comfort as if you were living in your own home. The hosts suggested a great restaurant "Baccus" which turned out to be one of the best on our holiday

Breakfast could have been a little better but was still good. With the coffee machine we could easily make our own without depending on anyone else.
