Uns war bewusst, dass die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt, für zwei Nächte auch kein Problem. Länger fänden wir vermutlich nicht ganz ideal

It’s very clean and comfortable. Antonella is a very nice host. The location is perfect for exploring Matera.

There was a section of pre-packaged biscuits / cakes - not really a breakfast.

The tiny kitchen could not really accommodate 4 guests,.

Everything. Well equipped kitchen, parking, 2 large bedrooms, 2 large toilet & bath. Near sassi di Matera & supermarket. Appartament is clean with two air conditioning. Thank you Antonella ❤️

This is a great basement apartment in a perfect location in Matera. It is a short walk to the main historic area and all the sites. The host is wonderful and helpful. Helped us find parking, gave us extra towels, and filled the place with water, juice boxes and lots and lots of snacks for everday and breakfast. She was truly exceptional. It is a basement unit which stays nice a cool with just a few steps down (so easy to load luggage). There is a small kitchen and the bedrooms have AC units. The unit did have a lot of scented air fresheners which my daughter and I were sensitive too but most people may find the scent refreshing. When I noted this to the owner, she removed them and we were able to air out the place no problem.

Casa Rosselli was a great choice for our 2 day visit to Matera. Clean, comfortable, spacious with a big shower, and very comfortable bed. Nicolla was very easy to communicate with. Any questions we had were answered right away. The location is perfect! You can park your car right here and walk everywhere! Coffee and breakfast pastries were available, too. Only wish we could have stayed longer!
