"Nice apartment for 4 people, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 5 minutes walking distance to the beauty"

The owners met as in front of the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. For EUR 10 we got a safe parking place in the back yard. Good coffeemaker is on place and the coffee is provided by the hosts. Location is perfect and just 10 meters from the entrance there is a super restaurant, named "900", which was recommended by the lovely hosts.

The communication with the host was great. The apartment has a private parking spot, which is perfect if you travel by car. The rooms and the 2 bathrooms were very clean, with AC in every room. The location is about 3-4 minutes walking distance to the city center.

The place is not big but it’s really cozy. The location is Top. It’s near the center and you are in the old town in 1-2 min. I totally recommend this place. The best thing about the property is the two bathroom which is perfect for group of five.

Nei pressi dei Sassi was the greatest choice we could have made. A real beauty, convenient, quite, had everything we needed and on the top the most warm and friendly owners! Also it was literally 1 minute on foot by the historical center. Matera is the most amazing place i have ever visited in my life, the place i wish i was living. I will return.

I didn't like that i had to leave :-)
