L'unico inconveniente troppe scale .

The apartment is spacious and very clean. More importantly, it is very conveniently located near the town centre. The landlady is kind and responsive!

There is no air conditioning in two out of the three bedrooms. So only the kitchen and one bedroom had it. The other two were furnaces. We had to move the mattresses into the kitchen and the one room with AC, which is very noisy. The apartment should not be advertised as air conditioned when most of it is not. There are three long and steep flights of stairs (70 steps). If you are not fit and have suitcases, I suggest you go elsewhere. There was only one bottle of water in the fridge. Considering how very hot it was, it would have been nice to find something more to drink!

Soggiorno indimenticabile! Casa Vacanze Nonna Dora è un vero gioiello immerso nella tranquillità e nel fascino della Basilicata. La casa è accogliente, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, con un’atmosfera che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Gli arredi richiamano la tradizione locale, creando un mix perfetto tra comfort moderno e calore familiare. La posizione è ideale: a pochi minuti dal centro e la possibilità di esplorare facilmente i dintorni. Perfetta sia per chi cerca relax che per chi ama scoprire la cultura e la cucina locale. Un grande grazie a Margherita, ospitale e sempre disponibile. Si vede che c’è amore in ogni angolo della casa. Nonna Dora è più di una casa vacanze: è un’esperienza autentica che lascia il cuore pieno di ricordi. Torneremo sicuramente! 💙

Clean apartment. Next to the main square..

This is exactly as advertised. I felt like Nonna was just lending her apartment to us. It’s a vibe of grandma’s house for sure. The apartment is spacious and has large windows facing to the south west sun. The hosts were friendly and prompt in communication. The location is an easy walk into the core of the old town. There are ample shops around and good restaurants also. The apartment has everything that you need for a short or longer stay, and it was spotlessly clean.

There is only one bathroom, which with four people was a bit crowded in the morning.
