"MATERA Y SUS SASSI LO VALEN,la casa no tanto"

Estaba bien Ubicada en el centro Histórico, detrás una hermosa vista, el precio de esa vista es llegar

Hay que bajar 2 enormes Escaleras que equivalen a 4 ! Y con valijas, la Anfitriona te conecta y manda un taxi que viene de lejos o arreglan precio y te cobra mucho, es incómodo llegar y se asegura que te lleven una vez ahí te quedas Anuncia Desayuno Excelente y la elección por 2 días nos convenía CON DESAYUNO y al llegar dijo que era un error, solo 2 agua te deja MUY MAL ESO, ES ENGAÑO Y LAS FOTOS SON DE VARIAS PROPIEDADES DIFERENTES, No es tan lindo en el lugar El duchador estaba roto le avisamos y mi marido colocó el que trajo para ahorrar tiempo Al ser una casa muy vieja el baño tiene olor a cloacas y caños e invade toda la casa, había 1 sola cucharita, 1 solo velador, mal la vajilla,sin Microondas, no hay detector fuego, ni matafuegos, ni seguridad Anuncia cosas que no tiene Tener muy en cuenta la distancia del Tren y las escaleras y avisar del Desayuno

"Real cave experience in the heart of Matera."

Perfect location for exploring Matera. Friendly hostess. Easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast is a coffee and 1 croissant at the nearby cafe.

It is literally a cell with almost no natural lighting and very low ceiling, so if you are taller than 1,7m or have claustrophobia, this might not be the right choice for you.

Tutto perfetto e host molto disponibile. La zona ztl iniziava pochi metri prima quindi posizione molto centrale sui sassi.

La colazione non era compresa ,la posizione ottima con un posteggio coperto davanti casa al costo di 10 euro al giorno

Tavoletta del WC rotta sostituire, manca una caffettiera o meglio ancora un macchinetta per il caffè, visto che il bar più vicino è a 800 metri e prima delle 8/8.30 non vengono riforniti con la pasticceria quindi la colazione se si deve partire prima si deve fare fuori Matera

Locația foarte aproape de centrul istoric

Pe booking am rezervat o camera si in realitate am primit alta. Mi s-a spus ca nu pot primi camera pe care am rezervat-o deoarece oaspeții au prelungit sejurul. Am făcut rezervare la aceasta locație special pentru acea camera cu terasa si view către Matera. Consider ca gazda a dat dovada de lipsa de respect si seriozitate. Nu recomand
