The house is very clean and comfortable. Very suitable for a large groups. A peaceful residential area, located not far from the main road and the location was strategic too. Wifi and Netflix are provided, internet connection was ok too. Three of the four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Just a suggestion, since it is not allowed to cook in the house (homestay policy) maybe you can prepare a restaurant recommendation list since we are not local residents and do not know the location of good restaurants. Also, if possible to set up a small kiosk or food section that sells instant food such as maggie hotcup, air kotak, snacks, just to satisfy late night craving or hungry.

1) Master bedroom is very hot and does not have air conditioning (Host might installed in the future, who knows) but the host was so kind, they provide us with an extra fan instead. The water pressure in the master bedroom's toilet is too slow. Luckily there is 3 toilets in that house so can use the other 2 toilets which the water pressure was perfectly fine. 2) No water filter (coway/cuckoo) so guest need to buy enough mineral water before coming. (Need to check with the host if he already installed water filter before coming as he said he will install it later). But the host provide with thermo pot in case you need to prepare milk for your baby. 3) Cannot cook and no stove are provided. Only basics utensil such as plates, spoons and cups are provided. (Homestay policy i guess) so those who plan to cook is not suitable for this stay. 4)The fridge is too small and the temperature also not cold.

The house is spacious and furnished with ample sofas. Each room has double bed which is conducive for big families. I do hope that hot water is installed in each bath and perhaps a nice small fridge can replace the minibar. The water dispenser is marvellous. Seldom we find homestay provide this equipment. Thank you so much.

The location is seems surrounded with cemeteries. Twice my waze took us to the route heading to the cemetery. But other than that, the location is fine.
