The location of the house is just superb: very close to the bus and tram stops that take you to Venice, with super market, great bars, museum, etc just underneath your feet, this is the ideal choice if you're looking to avoid the overpriced options of the very busy Venice. Within an amazing and well preserved building, the apartment itself is beautiful, very spacious, bright, quiet and well-equipped. The owner has been very pleasant, helpful and prompt with his responses.

While the apartment is beautiful, an update would be necessary to make it perfect. Floor and doors creak with the slightest move, making it hardly appropriate for babies. Also, even though this is not a hotel, it still looks like a very busy accommodation, so professional white linen that can be washed in high temperatures would be much appreciated.

Location is close to a lot of bus stations and shops. Easy to get to Venice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Air conditioning and everything you need for a short stay. Possibility of leaving your.

Very squeaky floors and sound proofing is pretty bad. I don't recommend visiting during weekends, as there will be people laughing in the street and at the nearby bars until the morning. You cand also hear all the neighbours walking and talking in their rooms. One other weird request was that we should take out our trash when leaving, which is a policy I haven't heard of before and very inconvenient to do. Not related to this specific accomodation, but I don't recommend staying in Mestre over the weekend. It's almost impossible to board a bus to Venice from here because they're all full. Venice also is very crowded in the weekend.

Very spacious place, high ceilings. The location is very cool, with windows into the central square. The host was amazing, met us, helped with the luggage, and explained the basics.

It might be a bit noisy at night as the windows are oriented to the main square. The kitchen layout is somewhat inconvenient for meals at home. The sofa in the lounge is not very comfy.

Space and location

Difficult to cook, old TV’s but had Amazon stick so still possible to use YouTube or Netflix n living room

The location was perfect! We chose this flat because we wanted to spend a few days in Venice before going on our cruise. The flat was right in the middle of the square. Close to an extensive shopping area and close to Venice. Ricci was very hospitable. He gave us a list of restaurant options which was very helpful.

All that we needed. Thank you for the English breakfast tea and coffee ☕. Great washing machine and rack for drying. Large rooms. Great location. Good Taxi service. Loved the bottle of wine as a gift!!

Rooms were hot but corridor was cold. Air conditioner was in the wrong place. The fan was good to have though.

It was very spacious. Nice to have a washing machine and living room area.

The location felt a little uneasy in the evening. It ended up being fine but our first night,it was tough to get home. Apartment is in a huge old building with many stairs. No lift.
