We could walk into Chester easily and there were nice walks nearby for the dog. It gave us more space to be together than 2 hotel rooms would and the beds were comfortable.

As others have said the bathroom was very small. Also not keen on the cameras at the front and back door which dented the feeling that it was ‘our home’ for the week.

Beds are exceptionally comfortable and clean. It's in a good location to shops and restaurants. Street is very quiet and a nice little backyard. Added bonus of off-street parking. Everything you need for a holiday home. Pleanty of communication with the owners. Would definitely return here.

Kerb could do to be dropped as it's quite high to be taking your car on and off. The house definitely needs a bit of TLC (painted throughout kitchen cupboards touched up, kickboards put on properly and maybe a proper heat resistant spalshback off the cooker to save the paint coming off) Bathroom ceiling is quite mouldy, the shower door seal is coming off and cleaning needs to be a bit more thorough. The sofa has a spring away in it, so it is quite uncomfortable to sit on a certain area of it, could possibly be replaced. Could do with some information on places to eat and shop that are near by and things that you could do in or around the surrounding area

Excellent value for money, 10 minute walk into centre. I will use this property again.

Very roomy. Nice to have 3 bedrooms for my family. Parking on driveway was great. The location is good for walking into town.

The fit and finish of the house is a bit amateur. Was a little worn. Needs some remodeling. The main concern was a bad odour in the kitchen area, the source of which we never did find. The owners said they would look into it.

House was perfect for our stay in Chester.

Location was good for walking into town. Hosts responded well to query about heating. Beds were comfortable. House was clean Plenty of hot water

Kerb needs dropping for access, a number of guests have said same thing. Living room; sofas not adequate for 4 adults, everyone pushed up close together and not particularly relaxing for after a day out walking and sightseeing. Certainly not adequate for 6 or 7 people which is how many the house could sleep. Bedrooms too small for super king beds. Hardly room to walk around bed. Booking .com listed 2 bathrooms but only one and downstairs toilet, both very small. Although 53 degrees listed one and half bathrooms. Kitchen adequate but minimum equipment for cooking. Only 4 dessert spoons, no serving spoons. Dining table seats 4 people. I am writing this as someone who runs a holiday cottage not just a picky guest. For the price and from photos, I expected a bit more. 🤔
