Spacious Apartment "Ana" on lake Sabljaci

The apartment is so beautiful and very peaceful. It is located across from the lake with a nice walking trail just across the street. Our bed was comfortable. We were only two people and so we did not use the loft bedroom or bed there, but it would be a great place for a family or two couples traveling. The stairway to the loft is a narrow spiral one - so maybe not for the very young or the very old. But it is cute. The best feature for us personally, was the wood burning fireplace. So cozy after some rainy hiking days! Filip was a great host and very accommodating!

The owner was very friendly and accomodating and the apartment was cozy and sweet! The view and the surroindings are amazing- nature all around. A great place to come to switch your mind off and rest!

Wonderful house with wonderful host and magical surroundings. Everything is as in pictures. We stayed with our dog, there are so many fields to explore around the house. Also, there are two small markets (1 and 2 miles walk) which hold everything you need, and if you do need more, 10 minutes drive you have Konzum and Lidl. Hot tub is very good and also very clean, same is within the house. Kitchen holds everything you need and outside, there is gas grill which was awesome. Fireplace inside is absolutely beautiful, while watching Netflix, you can really relax. We are definitely visiting again.

There was no breakfast. Location was great. Especially if you go in July/August when the weather is hot to use the lake.

Beds weren’t super comfortable, and could use a bit more dusting in corners to get rid of spiders and webs.

Cosy apartment in a quiet settlement next to a lake. Ample space, well-equipped kitchen. The #1 distinctive feature is a hot tub/jacuzzi which was pre-heated by the owner and worked really well - our kids simply loved it. Check-in and communication with the owner was simple. Overall an excellent choice for visiting this area of Croatia or simply for relaxing at the lake.

Layout of the place is a bit quirky and maybe not as practical (got tired of banging against the spiral staircase), quality of beds and bathroom is good but we have seen better. Location is quite a distance from Ogulin, we first found it not so easy to find the place. However, these really are minor quibbles and shouldn't distract from the overall very positive impression we had. I definitely recommend this place.
