We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Lynn. The property was clean and tidy. It was very good value for money. The space was bigger than we expected with plenty of amenities available. It was in a lovely quiet area with parking with was useful. We would definitely recommend this property.

A really quiet and peaceful place to stay within easy access to the wider area with fantastic views over Manchester and Oldham. You're properly up in the hills, great for walking and cycling and easy access to buses to take you elsewhere. The accommodation is spot on, clean and very comfortable with everything you need including off road parking. Recommended from us definitely, we had a lovely time.

The View is amazing! Landlords are friendly and helpful! Place was comfortable and we felt right at home.

No firestick as advertised. Amenities lacking such as no dish sponge, kitchen/bathroom products such as foil for cooking, and hand soap not present.
