Central Olhão Home - Private Spacious Sunlit Patio

We liked the privacy the property offers, free convenient parking and access to local amenities like shops and restaurants. It served as a good base for us to explore the Algarve.

We wished that the property was a tad closer to the city however we also recognise the uniqueness of the property is because of the location.

We had a great outdoor space and also brilliant to have free parking just outside. The property had everything we needed and was beautifully clean. The owners left a very generous welcome pack which was delightful. We walked into town which took just 20 minutes and we were at the harbour. The location was ideal.

The place is perfect 🥰 to slow down and recharge. 15-minute walk to ferry/beach. 10 minute walk to the train station. The kitchen is well equipped: kettle, toaster, .microwave oven, full-size refrigerator, washing machine. Internet wifi is fast and reliable. Built-in barbecue in the back area adds to you the home away from home feeling. The neighborhood is safe. Luis and Carla are great hosts, very caring and attentive to any need and questions. Highly recommend for long stays.

There is nothing negative to say even after a whole month. The place was cleaned weekly, and bed linen and towels were also changed weekly.

Luis and his family went out of their way to meet us and show us around the property. It was modern, well equipped with good air con. The large outside space had plenty of shade and was very private. The bedrooms are not large they are big enough for a holiday. Although it is a 20 minute walk to the Market area we found the location was good with a supermarket in the same road and a larger one very close by. There are also several places to eat in the immediate area and I had no problem in parking very near to the property.

Our stay in this house was great! Luis and Carla met us for check-in and were kind and professional. They showed us the house, gave us all the information we needed and answered our questions. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, and we got fresh food from the little supermarket down the road. The apartment was perfectly clean. We LOVED the outdoor area...we sat outside for breakfast every day and in the evening as well. The washing machine was perfect. The bathroom is small but water pressure was perfect. There is an AC in the living room and both bedrooms. Luis replied to all our questions instantly and when there was a problem with the AC in one bedroom he had it fixed immediately. Excellent service. We were four people and were very comfortable. I recommend this house 100% and can’t wait to stay there again!! Location: Olhão was a great seaside village/town with cute shops and wonderful restaurants and a ferry to the islands for beach visits.
